1. How much will a loan cost me?

You may use our Payment Calculator to review our low rates and payment schedules before requesting a loan. Go to our website and click “Employees Login” in the top right corner of your screen, then click on “Payment Calculator”. Enter information as directed. You will see the maximum amount you are eligible to request. Enter the amount you wish to request and click “Sample Payment Schedule”. You will then see an example of the payment schedule and amount for the loan you may request.

3. Is going online the only way I can request a loan?

No, we can also process your request over the phone. Simply call 888-928-7248 and a representative will help you get started. You will need to be able to send and receive a fax to use our telephone service.

4. What kind of loan is this?

This is a revolving line of credit (1) that you access when needed. You repay the loan in multiple payments through your paycheck.

5. Can I see what my repayment schedule and payment amounts will be BEFORE I actually request an advance (2)?

You will see the maximum amount you are eligible to request. Enter the amount you wish to request and click “Sample Payment Schedule”. Traditionally, plans are designed to ensure a quick and private request process. WorkersChoiceUSA will verify your employment and income, then notify your payroll department of repayment amounts and schedules. No one else needs to know.

7. How many loans can I request?

WCUSA employee loans are a revolving line of credit. There is no limit to the number of loans you may request.

8. Can I have more than one loan at a time?

When you initially request a loan from WCUSA, you will receive a line of credit up to your maximum eligible amount (half of your monthly gross income). Loan requests are made in minimum amounts of $500. You must have at least $500 available towards your eligible limit in order to request additional funds if you are currently repaying a WCUSA loan.

9. What if I’m being garnished?

WorkersChoiceUSA may or may not be able to approve your loan request. If you are being garnished in the amount of 25% or more of your monthly income, you are not eligible for a WCUSA loan. Garnishments and other legal deductions include: child support, defaulted student loans, taxes, unpaid court fines, and any other type of monetary judgment.

10. Can I pay the loan off early?

Yes, you can. There is no cost or penalty for early pay-off.

11. What happens if I can’t pay you back? What happens if I lose my job? Quit my job? Get laid off from my job? Will I still have to repay my loan?

Yes, you will need to repay your loan. A representative will contact you to create a repayment plan that works with your individual situation.

12. Can you send the savings plan amount to the savings account I already have?

Employees will have access to their savings plan amount and can move it into any account they choose, or simply withdraw the funds from the account.

13. How do I take advantage of your savings account program?

Give us a call and we will arrange a savings account for you so you can begin your own savings program. You may even elect to have your paychecks directly deposited into your savings account as long as your employer offers that service.

14. Will you run a credit check on me?

15. Will this service improve my credit rating?

WorkersChoiceUSA transactions will be automated and reported to credit reporting agencies. The successful payments on your loan should provide positive reporting to the credit agencies. That’s making your paycheck work for you!

You can enroll for future convenience, or enroll and request a loan at the same time. Or, if you prefer, you can call us at 1-888-928-7248 and we can process your request over the phone.
