is no limit to the number of loans you may request.
8. Can I have more than one loan at a time?

When you initially request a loan from WCUSA, you will receive
a line of credit up to your maximum eligible amount (half
of your monthly gross income). Loan requests are made in minimum
amounts of $500. You must have at least $500 available towards
your eligible limit in order to request additional funds if
you are currently repaying a WCUSA loan.
9. What if I’m being garnished?

WorkersChoiceUSA
may or may not be able to approve your loan request. If you
are being garnished in the amount of 25% or more of your monthly
income, you are not eligible for a WCUSA loan. Garnishments
and other legal deductions include: child support, defaulted
student loans, taxes, unpaid court fines, and any other type
of monetary judgment.
10. Can I pay the loan off early?

Yes, you can. There is no cost or penalty for early pay-off.
11. What happens if I can’t pay you back? What happens if
I lose my job? Quit my job? Get laid off from my job? Will
I still have to repay my loan?

12. Can you send the savings plan amount to the savings
account I already have?
